SHONDRELLA'S POLICIES
A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required when booking your lash appointment. It goes towards the total cost of your lash service.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $15 IS REQUIRED. When booking your braidng appointment,
it goes towards the total cost of your service.
You will pay your remaining balance the day of your appointment.
CASH APP, OR ZELLE PAYMENTS ONLY
All same day appointments are additional $15
BEFORE/AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A $25 fee.
NO EXTRA PEOPLE & NO KIDS
CANCELLATION/ LATE POLICY
All cancellations at least 24 hrs before appointment will be able to reschedule appointment.
There is a 20 minute grace period. Anytime after 20 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are more than 25 minutes late you will need to reschedule and pay a new $10 deposit to secure your next appointment.
NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE NO EXCEPTIONS
